Hi Everyone,
Took the Nclex on August 12 .Found out I passed in passed in 85q on August 13.I had originally failed my first attempt at 150q. I had above passing and nears. What I did different.Look at the Nclex Test Plan. You need to know what each of the categories really mean.Know your fundamentals but that didn't help the first time. You need to learn to Pritorization of care with fundamentals. I watched every video of Dr.Sharon videos on that subject. There are 15 videos and than did UWorld study plan .Writing notes only on Dr. Sharon or else you loose valuable study time. I hope this helps the next new nurse. Those Hesi are your lifeline to Nclex. The nclex looks like you nothing you have seen simple wording. The first 10 questions set the pace and where the monster will drop you.The higher you score means if the test will set you at high passing standard or mid- or lower.its hard to climb up if they set bar low . Take your time you have 5 hours. I read every question 3- times.Never over select. If you never heard it don't click it.i had very few select all .Take that break and pray all the way through.
God Bless everyone .
